This project is invested in “huge” in Vietnam
First Solar has manufacturing facilities in the United States, Malaysia, and Vietnam. In Vietnam, First Solar completed the construction of the first factory in the Southeast Industrial Park. First Solar invested an additional $360 million for the second factory in Cu Chi with a capacity of 1.2 GW and went into operation in early 2018.
