“Loteco Rental Factory A-7” is invested by Long Binh Industrial Park Development Company Limited (Loteco). The project is built on a 10,000m2 area. Unicons is the General Contractor of the project.

After the success in the field of construction of industrial floors from large-scale projects, it has cooperated with Unicons such as Den East, Unibens … Bach My continues to receive the trust of the main contractor Unicons and the Owner, becomes a sub-contractor in charge of fully executing Epoxy paint items for the 1st floor, 2nd floor, stairs with a total area of over 8,000m2. In addition, Bach My also provides industrial cleaning services for the project.

At the end of July 2019, the Main Contractor Unicons officially handed over the project “Loteco Rental Factory A-7” to the Investor – Long Binh Industrial Park Development Company Limited (Loteco).
